Goods acceptance

Once the products arrive at our warehouse, we take care for their comprehensive unloading, quantity and quality verification and proper placement on a pallet or shelf space in a slot specially dedicated to you. Within 24 hours, the SKUs accepted into stock are at your disposal.

Warehousing

For the storage of your products, we use a fully adapted warehousing facility and shelving infrastructure for this task, through which we adjust the shelves according to the type of SKUs. We also offer specially designated areas with restricted access; the goods we store will be properly protected against mechanical damage and adverse external factors.

Picking system

After receiving orders from your customers, we handle the picking of goods. All related processes are carried out using an advanced WMS system and appropriate machinery and equipment. Thanks to such solutions, the process is carried out quickly and accurately, and our personnel can complete more than a dozen different orders in a single task in a short period of time according to the optimal collection path.

Goods packing

We are responsible for packing up individual goods according to the guidelines agreed upon in advance with you (dedicated packaging, eco-filler, adding flyers/ business cards, etc.). Your customers' packages are prepared by an employee properly trained for the task, who verifies the order correctness. The entire packaging phase is monitored so that we are able to verify errors completely errors or mistakes reported by your customers.

Dispatch

The prepared packages go to a special shipping area. All orders leave the warehouse on the same day, so that the customer receives them within 24 hours from order placement.

Return management

We act with utmost care so that a product that is one hundred percent operational and conforms to the previous order could be returned to its location so that it can be sold again. However, if for some reason the return is damaged or raises our doubts the whole thing is carefully photographed and sent to the owner of the goods so that he could make a decision.
